Toyota Motor Corporation’s organizational culture defines the responses of workers to challenges the corporate faces within the market. As a worldwide leader within the industry, Toyota uses its structure culture to maximize human resource capabilities in innovation.

Features of Toyota’s organizational Culture

Good article however you should have written a little on problems of culture the intangible nature of the culture and the importance placed by Toyota on use of culture to inculcate innovation and as an improtant element of its global presence. You should have read Paul Meyers article in Toyota. Excellent effort good references.
